(opens in a new window)Head Diagnostics, an Irish MedTech company and a leader in innovative digital neurodiagnostic solutions, has announced two new US clinical partnerships with neurological centres in the United States.
The company made the announcement while meeting with Helen McEntee TD, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Minister for Defence in Boston as part of Enterprise Ireland’s programme of events to mark St. Patrick’s Day.
The NovaUCD-headquartered medtech company develops digital neuroclinical support solutions to help clinicians identify cognitive decline at the earliest possible stage. Through these partnerships, Head Diagnostics will deploy its HDx Cognition platform, in real-world clinical environments, supporting earlier identification of cognitive impairment across conditions including Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and multiple sclerosis.
David van Zuydam, CEO, Head Diagnostics, said, “Head Diagnostics was honoured to be invited to meet Minister McEntee TD in Boston and to highlight our digital neuro technology, HDx Cognition. HDx Cognition supports clinicians, including those in the two US neurological centres which we are now partnering with, to support the diagnosis of patients with mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s/Dementia at its earliest stage providing for the best possible patient outcome.”
